            12 Challenges for 2025

This year you CAN become a healthier you and reverse your biologic age.  This program is designed to allow one to focus each month on an element of health.  Each month you will be given a self-assessment to take at the start and then to retake at the end of the month to show progress!  You can choose to do all challenges or just a few.  Each month you can focus on your challenge for the whole month, a week or even a day.  Every little bit counts!  Simply contact the office if you are interested and all the information will be sent to you!

Each month a short video/PowerPoint presentation (15-20 minutes) will be provided.  This information will consist of knowledge from over 35 years of clinical practice and the knowledge recently attained through the Functional Medicine certification course.  The goal will be to give a brief understanding, but should one desire more information on the subject please do contact me.

Community is also very important when making changes and there will be a WhatsApp community group for sharing ideas, concerns, recipes and more.   This will be important for some as those truly wishing to make positive health changes through the year may struggle with a self -learning program.

The cost of this program is $10.00/month or $100.00 for the year, to be paid when you begin the program.  (Please note there is no charge for this program for existing patients of Dr. Griswold). You choose what interests you.  In addition, you are more than welcome to suggest other topics that can be added in, as more than likely, there are others that might be interested as well.
